Removing the Speaker Stands
You can remove the stands from the speakers and place
the speakers on the floor or in a cabinet if you like. The
stands must be removed when the speakers are to be
mounted on a wall by using the keyhole slots or commer-
cially available speaker brackets.
1. Remove screw (A), and then slide off the stand as
shown.
2. Disconnect the wires from the speaker terminals.
3. Detach the speaker cables from the stand.
Remove screws (B) and (C), remove the stand, and
then detach the speaker cables.
To replace the stand: Perform the above procedure in
reverse order.
First, connect the speaker cables, and then replace the
screws in the following order: (C), (B), (A).

■ Using the Rubber Spacers with the Speaker
Stands Removed
If you want to use the speakers without the stands, we
recommend using the supplied rubber spacers to achieve
the best possible sound. The rubber spacers prevent the
speakers from moving around, providing a more stable
setup.
