Some timers, including the life timer,
may be reset during service or
software upgrades.
Erase call duration timers
To clear call duration timers, select
Options
>
Clear
timers, and enter
the lock code. See
page 71.

General log

In the general log, for each
communication event, you can see
the sender or recipient name, phone
number, name of the service
provider, or access point.
Sub-events, such as a text message
sent in more than one part and
packet data connections, are logged
as one communication event.
To view the general log, select
Menu
> Log, and scroll right.
To filter the log, select
Filter
and the filter type.
To erase all the log contents
permanently, select
log
> Yes.
Packet data counter and
connection timer
To view how much data, in kilobytes,
has been transferred and the
approximate length of a certain
packet data connection, scroll in the
general log to an incoming or
