Dutch Baby with Berries
6 servings
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cups fresh berries of your choice
1/3 cups pure maple syrup
Powdered sugar
METHOD

Preheat the a 12" Sauté pan with oven proof handle in a 450 degree
oven about 15 minutes.

Blend the flour, milk, eggs and salt using an immersion blender or
whisk and let rest while you preheat the pan.

Add butter to preheated pan for about 5 - 10 minutes or until butter
is very hot.

Pour mixture to sauté pan and return to the oven. Bake for 15 - 20
minutes or until dark brown and dramatically puffed.

Remove from oven, pour berries into the center and top with syrup
and powdered sugar.
