6-16. Cleaning the inside of the needle bar bushing

WARNING :
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents caused by abrupt start of
the sewing machine.
[ LH-4168-7, LH-4188-7 ]
Insde of the needle bar bushng should be cleaned once every sx months.
) Tlt the sewng machne.
2) Remove cap A .
3) Remove thread waste and dust through hole B n the needle bar frame.
At this time, be careful not to damage the needle bar. If the needle bar is damaged,
wear of the needle bar can result.
4) Fll the hole wth grease A.
5) Ft the cap back to ts place.
* If thread waste and dust accumulates inside the needle bar bushing, a needle changeover
error may result.
