Looking for layout of the logs for Heat & Glo ST-HV-IPI 2sided fireplace (NG)
The log layout for the Heat & Glo ST-HV-IPI two-sided fireplace (NG) involves positioning the logs according to the instructions that accompany the logs. If the logs were packaged separately, refer to those instructions. If sooting occurs, the logs may need to be slightly repositioned to avoid excessive flame impingement. Additionally, a thin layer of teco-sil (granulated glass) should be piled following the pattern on the base pan.

How do you light pilot light
To light the pilot light on a Heat & Glo Pier-HV-IPI fireplace:
1. Before lighting, double-check the unit for possible gas leaks, obstructions at vent terminations, front grilles, and faulty components.
2. Ensure that any faulty component is replaced with an approved part.
3. Understand that a small amount of air will be in the gas supply lines. The first lighting may take a few minutes to purge this air.
4. Once purging is complete, the fireplace will light and operate normally.
5. If the gas valve has been turned OFF, the air will need to be purged again during the next lighting.
Detailed step-by-step lighting instructions are not provided in the given context.
