the speed control s ettingwith theengineoffcan damage the mower.

Mulching Cover
Themulchingcoverisusedfor mulchingpurposes. Instead of collecting the grass
clippingsinagrasscatcher o r usingthesidedischarge c hute,somemowermodels
havetheoptionof recirculating the clippingsbackto the lawn.Thisiscalled
mulching.
Side DischargeCover
Yourmowerisshipped asamulcher. T odischarge the grass clippingsto theside
instead,followthe instructions inthe Assembly sectiontoattachthe sidedischarge
cover.
Keephandsandfeet awayfrom the chutearea on cutting deck.Referto
warning label on the unit,
RecoilStarter
