ASSEMBLY IMPORTANT: This unit is shipped WITHOUT GASOLINE or OIL. After assembly, service engine with gasoline and oil as instructed in the separate engine manual packed with your unit. NOTE: Reference to right, left, rear and front of the lawn mower is in relation to the operating position. - Page 9 ASSEMBLY 5. Rope guide Setup as follows, see Figure 5: a. Hold the blade control against the upper handle. Position A. b. Slowly pull starter rope out of engine. Position B. c. Slip starter rope into the rope guide. Tighten rope guide wing nut.

SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE BlADe CAre WArNING When removing the cutting blade for sharpening or replacement, protect your hands with a pair of heavy gloves or use a heavy rag to hold the blade. Periodically inspect the blade adapter for cracks, especially if you strike a foreign object. -
