CHIPPER CHUTE
Allowstwigsand small branchesup to 1-1/2"in diameter
to be fed into theimpellerforchipping.See Figure4-1.
NOZZLE
Yardwastesuchas leavesor pine needlescan be
vacuumedup throughthe nozzlefor shredding.
BAG
Collectsshreddedmaterialfed throughthe chipper
chuteor vacuumedthroughthe nozzle.
BLOWER CHUTE
(if Equipped)
Whenattachedto unit, the blowerchute is usedto
dischargeyardwastesuch as leaves,pine needle,or
smalltwigs acrossyard.
BAG HANDLE
Usedto grasp bagin order to assist in attaching,remov-
ing,and emptyingbag.See Figure4-1.
NOZZLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
LEVER
Usedto adjust the nozzleground clearanceranging
approximately from 5/8" to 4 1/8".
STARTER HANDLE
Thestarterhandleis attachedto the rightupper handle.
Standbehindunitand pull the starterhandleto start
engine.See Figure4-1.
