Problem
Unclean dishes
The dishes are not drying
Possible cause
Improper loading or dishwasher
overloaded.
Spray arms are not turning.
Clogged filters.
Filters are not positioned
correctly.
Spray arm nozzles are clogged.
Detergent is moist or clumping.
Too little detergent.
Too little rinse aid.
The lid of the detergent
dispenser remained open.
Using cutlery with a low-quality
coating.
Improper loading or dishwasher
overloaded.
Too little rinse aid.
What to do
Load the dishwasher as
suggested in the section
'Loading your dishwasher' .
Check that the spray arms can
move freely and remove any
obstructions.
Clean the filters following the
instructions in 'Care and
cleaning' .
Check that the filters are
correctly positioned. See 'Care
and cleaning' .
Clean the spray arms following
the instructions in 'Care and
cleaning' .
Store detergents in a dry
place and ensure the lid of
the detergent container is
securely closed.
Increase the amount of
detergent.
Increase the amount of rinse
aid or refill the rinse aid
dispenser.
Always ensure that you close
the detergent dispenser lid after
adding the detergent. You
should be able to hear a click.
Cutlery of this type is not
suitable for washing in
dishwashers.
Load the dishwasher as
suggested in the section
'Loading your dishwasher' .
Increase the amount of rinse
aid or refill the rinse aid
dispenser.
