- Page 4 REMOVAL Figure A Refer to Figure A for step 1-2 Step 1: Begin removing the engine strut brace by removing the two nuts and one bolt from both the passenger and driverside strut towers Step 2: Remove the plastic cover located under the windshield wipers 2 and remove the two nuts securing the strut brace to the vehicle, then remove the strut brace.
