Control the volume on your home audio system without changing modes

Find the code that operates your ampl.ifier. Test it to
make sure it's the correct one by foil,owing the procedure
in "Programming Your Remote" on the previous page.
Programyour audio system into the CABLEor one of the
avaitabl,eAUX modes.
Sel,ectthe mode you want amplifier vol.umeto appear
(e.g. TV).
Pressand hold PRGon your remote until, the indicator
Ught stays l,it, then rel.ease.
Press4-9-9; then ENTER on the remote. The indicator
Ught wilt flash three Umesthe code was accepted.
Audiosystem volume/mute now appears in the mode
sel,ected.
Note: You can also program Cabl.eBox Vol.umeand Mute
control.(if avaffabl,e) into your cabl.ebox mode (CABLEor
AUX mode) by repeaUng the steps for programming on
the previous page but entering 3-9-9, instead of a brand
code,then pressing ENTER.
Toput everythingback to normal, reprogrom the modefrom Step
3 with the original brand code
