Color unevenness may appear during video playback.
• This is not a malfunction. The recorded images are not affected.
Images are not displayed on the screen.
• Remove tile A/V cable if the cable is connected (page 91).
The image does not appear on the TV screen.
• Check [Video Out] to see if the video output signal of your camera is set to tile color system of
your TV (page 68).
• Check whether the connection is correct (page 91 ).
• The USB cable is connected to the USB jack. Disconnect it according to the correct procedure
(page 76).
Your camera cannot delete an image.
• Cancel the protection (page 51 ).
• You arc using the "Memory Stick Duo" with tile write-protect switch, and the switch ix set to
Ihe LOCK position. Set the s_itch to the recording position (page 108).
You have deleted an image by mistake.
• Once you ha_e deleted an image, you cannot restore it. We recommend that you protect
images (page 50), or use the "Memory Stick Duo" with the write-protect s_ itch and set the
switch to the LOCK position (page 108) to pre;ent accidental erasure.
The resizing function does not work.
• You cannot resize movies and Multi Burst images.
You cannot display a DPOF (Print order) mark.
• You cannot display DPOF (Print order) marks on movies.
You cannot cut a movie.
• The movie is not hmg enough to cut (shorter than about t_,o seconds).
• Cancel the protection (page 51).
• Still images cannot be cut.

You do not know if the OS of your computer is compatible with the camera.
• Check 'Recommended computer em ironment" on page 70 for Windo_ s, and page 83 for
Macintosh.
