Printingimagesdirectly usinga PictBridge

Even if you do not have a computer, you
can print images shot using your camera by
connecting the camera directly to a
PictBridge compliant printer.

• <'PictBridge" is based on lbe (-'IPA standard.

In single-image mode
You can ;:)rim :l single image on :l printing
sheel.
Prepare the camera to connect it to the
printer via a USB connection. When
connecting the camera to a printer that is
recognized when [USB Commct] is set to
[Auto], Stage 1 is unnecessary.
Index button
In indexmode
Yon can ;:)rim sc;'eral images :it _ reduced
size on a printing sheet. You can print a set
of either the same images (@) or dilYcrent
images (@).

• It is recommended to use flllly charged Nickel-
Metal Hydride batteries or an AC Adaptor (not
supplied) to prevent the power flom turning olJ
partway lhrougll printing.

Press MENU to display the menu.

Press I_ on the control button to
select _ (Setup).

Select [_=,_] ( Setup2) with V, then
select [USB Connect] with i/Vii ,>.
• An index print fimciion may not be provided
depending on the prinler.
• The quantity of images that can be printed as an
index image ditlcr depending on the printel:
• You cannot print inovies.
• If lhe _ indicator flashes on the screen of the
cglmera li)r aboul tire seconds (error
nolificalion), check the connected i)rinler.
