Here's
what
to try:
Tape stops before complete
rewind
Rewind
does not operate
Remote no longer controls a TV
Time or date are incorrect
• Press MEMORY on remote to turn off time counter's
memory-stop
feature,
or
press REW again.
Tape rewinds
to 0:00:00
M when memory
stop is
turned
on. See page 15.
• Tape already
rewound.
• Press PLAY/X2 to return to normal
playback.
• Power interruption.
• Clock was not set accurately
(check AM/PM
and date).
VCR makes noise when stopped
• VCR is removing
tape from heads.
This is normal.
The head cylinder
inside
the VCR will continue
to rotate for a few minutes
after you put the VCR in
the stop mode.

connections.
