HOW TO USE THE STEREO SOUND SYSTEM
To pUay music or audio books through the consob's
stereo speakers, you must connect your MP3 pUayer or
CD pUayer to the consob, Locate the stereo audio
came bebw the speakers on the consob, and pUugit
into a jack on your MP3 pUayer or CD pUayer, Make
sure that the audio cable is fully plugged in.
Next, press the Hay button on your MP3 pUayer or CD
pUayer, Then, adjust the voUume of your MP3 pUayer or
CD pUayer,
if you are using a portable CD player and the CD
skips, set the CD player on the floor or another fiat sur-
face instead of on the console,
HOW TO ADJUST THE CUSHIONING SYSTEM
The treadmill features a cushioning system that re-
duces the impact as you walk or run on the treadmill,
To increase the firmness of the walking platform, step
off the treadmill and slide the cushion adjustors toward
the front of the treadmill, To decrease the firmness,
slide the cushion adjustors toward the back of the
treadmill, Note: mtmay be helpfut to lift on the plat-
form as you slide the adjustors. Make sure that
both adjustors are set at the same firmness level.
The faster you run on the treadmill, or the more you
weigh, the firmer the walking platform should be.
