ry like HD Receiver and Digital DVD Players.
Using the color difference signals (Pb, Pr) and
the luminance ( Y) signal will improve color
bandwidth inibrmation. 17w TV can also become
a monitorjbr projectors, computers or HD
Receivers using the VGA Input.
Connecting a Digital device using the COM-
PONENT VIDEO Inputs:
Connect the Component (Y, Pb, Pr) Video OUT jacks from/he DVD player
(or similar device) to/he (Y, Pb, Pr)AV4
in(put)jacks on/he TV.

Connect the red and white AUDIO
CABLES to the Audio (left and right)
ou/put jacks on/he rear of the accessory
device/o/he Audio (L and R) AV4
in(pu/) jacks on/he TV.
Turn the TV and the DVD (or digital
accessory device) ON.
Press the AV button on the remote to
tune to/he AV4 channel.
Press the PLAY button on/he DVD (or
digital accessory device) to view the pro-
gram on/he television.
Connect an HD Reviver to the VGA Input:
Please refer to your Receiver's Owner's Manual
for more detailed hookup options.
If using a Satelli/e Dish, Cable signal or
Anlenna signal, connect the 75t! round
cable from a Satellile Dish/o the SATEL-
LITE IN and/or/he Cable and Anlenna
signals/o/he ANTENNA "A" or "B'" IN
on/he back of the HD Receiver.
Connect another 75f2 round cable from /he OUT TO TV jack on/he HD Receiver
to/he 75f2 IN on/he back of the TV.
Connect a VGA cable from the VGA
OUT on/he HD Receiver to the AV4
VGA Input jack on/he back of the TV.
Connect the Audio L(eft) and R(ight) cables from the AUDIO Outputs on the
HD Receiver to the AV4 AUDIO Inputs
on/he back of the TV.

Wilh both the HD Receiver and the tele- _ vision ON, Press theAV button on/he
remote to tune to the AV 4 Channel and
view the video input from the VGA sup-
plied signal.
Using the AV4 Component Video Inputs
Note: If the AV4 channel is
tuned and no signal connection
present, the screen could jump
or flash.
