Odors and smoke are normal when the oven is used the first few
times, or when it is heavily soiled.
IMPORTANT: The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to
the fumes given off. Exposure to the fumes may result in death to
certain birds. Always move birds to another closed and well-
ventilated room.

The Oven Timer Control can be set for up to 120 minutes.
Turn the Oven Timer Control knob clockwise to the desired
cooking time.
At the end of the cooking time, the oven will turn off
automatically.
To cook in the oven without using the timer, turn the Oven Timer
Control knob counterclockwise to the hand symbol (shown).

The oven is equipped with a bake element, a broil element, and a
circular convection element.
The elements will cycle on and off to maintain the set
temperature in the oven from 160°F (71°C) to 500°F (260°0).
Always set the temperature on the Oven Temperature Control
knob before selecting any oven functions.
