Using the Bridge Burner (onsome models)
To use the bridge burner, turn the left-front
control knob to the BRIDGEBURNER settings,
For full bridge surface unit operation, olso turn
on the left-rear surface unit.
To use only the front surface unit, turn
the control knob to the FRONTBURNER settings.

FOOD POISONHAZARD:Bucterio moy grow in
food at temperatures below 140°F.

setting to heat cold food.

Failure to follow these instructions moy result in
foodborne illness.
The WARHINGZONE,located in the back
center of the gloss surface, will keep hot, cooked
food at serving temperature. Alwoys start with
hot food. Do not use to heat cold food. Plucing
uncooked or cold food on the WARMINGZONE
could result in foodborne illness.
Push and turn the control knob to ony desired
setting.
For best results, oil foods on the WARHING
ZONEshould be covered with o lid or aluminum
foil. When worming postries or breads, the
cover should be vented to allow moisture to
escape.
Use the lowest setting for breads and pastries.
Use o medium setting for vegetobles, souces,
stews, cream soups, butter and chocolote. Use
the highest setting for soups (liquid)and hot
beverages.These initiol suggested settings ore
for reference only. The temperature, type and
amount of food, type of pon, and the time held
will affect the quolity of the food.
Always use pot holders or oven mitts when
removing food from the WARMINGZONE,
since cookwore and plotes will be hot.
NOTE:The surface wormer will not glow red
like the cooking elements.
