There are two Brocade platforms that support FCIP:

NOTE
FCIP connections are not supported between 7800 switch or FX8-24 blades and previous
generation products such as Brocade 7500 switches or FR4-18i blades.
Note there are differences in platform capabilities. For example, the 7800 switch does not support
10GbE ports.
