Notes about Face Priority
• Tile carnera may be unable to detect faces in tile following situations:

When faces are partially hidden by sunglasses or other obstructions

When the subject is not looking directly at the camera
When faces take up too much or too little of the frame
• Tile camera's ability to detect faces depends on a variety of factors, inchding

whether or not tile subject is facing tile camera.
• In some cases, included those noted in "Autofocus" (_
25), autofocus may not

perform as expected, and tile subject may not be in focus despite the fact that

tile double border glows green. When tile camera is unable to focus, use

another mode, such as I_1 (auto) mode, focus on another subject positioned at

• When the built-in flash is raised, the camera automatically sets the flash mode
