5 Change the date and time.
• Press • or • to edit the highlighted item.
• Press • to move the cursor in the following order.
D-> M-> Y-> Hour-> Minute-> D M Y
• Press • to return to the previous item.

Choose the order in which the day, month
and year are displayed and press @ or i_.
• The settings are applied.
7 Make sure that the lens cap has been
removed, then press a.
• The shooting-mode selection menu will be displayed.
8 When Easy auto mode is displayed, press _,
• Tile camera enters the shooting mode and you can
take pictures in Easy auto mode ([_]] 20).
• Press the multi seJector • or • before _), to switch to
another shooting mode. See "Shooting in the Auto
Mode" (_ 29), "Using the Scene Mode" (C_) 36),
"Shooting in the Sport Continuous Mode" (_ 48),
"Shooting in the High Sensitivity Mode" (I_) 50), "Using

• To change the date and time, select Date from Date (_ 96) in the setup menu (_ 91) and
follow the instructions starting from the above step 5,
• To change the time zone and the daylight saving settings, select Time zone from Date in the
setup menu (_ 96, 97).
