Open the battery-chamber/memorycard slot
cover.
• Holdthe cameraupside down to preventthe batteries

Supported Batteries
This carnera uses the following size AA batteries.
• Two LR6 alkaline batteries (batteries supplied)
• Two FRd/L91 lithium batteries
• Two ZR6 oxyride batteries
• Two Nikon EN-MH1 rechargeable nickel metal hydride batteries (available
sepa rarely)
Turning On and Off the Camera
To turn on the camera, press the power switch, The
power-on lamp (green) will light for a moment and the
monitor will turn on,
To turn off the camera, press the power switch again,
When the camera turns off, both the power-on lamp
and monitor will turn off,
