Editing function Description
Easily create retouched copies in which contrast and saturation
Quick retouch ([_[_] 51) have been enhanced.
Create a copy of the current picture with enhanced brightness
and contrast, brightening dark portions of the picture.
Enlarge the image or refine the composition and create a copy
containing only the portion visible in the monitor.
Small picture ([_[_]54) Create a small copy of pictures suitable for use on web pages or
as e-mail attachments.

[] Picture Editing
• Pictures taken at an Image mode setting of ir_ 16:9 (3584) (_ 93) cannot be edited,
• The COOLPIX $220/$225 editing functions are not available for pictures taken with non
COOLPIX $220/$225 digital cameras.
• Ifa copy created using the COOLPIX $220/$225 is viewed on a different digital camera, the picture
may not be displayed or may not be transferred to a computer,
• Editing functions are not available when there is not enough free space in the internal memory or
on the memory card.

Small picture_
• Pictures cannot be edited twice with the same editing function.
• When pictures will be edited with both the quick retouch or D lighting option and the crop or
small picture option, the quick retouch or D lighting option should be applied first.
[] Original Pictures and Edited
• Copies created with editing _nctions are not deleted if the original pictures are deleted. The
original pictures are not deleted if copies created with editing fu notions are deleted.
• Edited copies are stored with the same recording date and time as the original.
• Print set (_ 90) and Protect (_ 108) settings configured for original pictures are not reflected
in their edited copies,
