ENTERING AUTO DIALLING INFORMATION
Adding to Group Dialling Information

Perform steps 1 to 3 in the section "How to Enter Group
Dialling Information" (See page 2-31), and continue
with step 2 in this section.

Press a rapid dial key (01 to 35) in which group dialling
information that you want to add to is stored.

Press the "1" key.

Add to the group information.
You can add fax numbers by pressing one or more rapid keys,
entering speed dial numbers, and by using the numeric keys.
Using rapid dialling
Press one or more rapid keys.
Press the START key.
Using speed dialling
Press the SPEED DIAL key.
Enter a speed dial number (000 to 149).
Press the START key.
Using the numeric keys
Enter the recipient's fax number.
Press the START key.
For rapid keys and speed dialling, if the recipient's
name is not set, the fax number appears on the
Note
display.
When entering numbers for a group dial key, you
cannot enter the same rapid key or speed dial number
twice.
When entering numbers for a group dial key, you
cannot enter rapid keys or speed dial numbers that
have no information stored in them.
When you are entering group dialling information, you
cannot enter information for another group dial key at
the same time.
