Using a 7 16" wrench, remove the wood blocks attached to
the Lathe. Save the nuts. bolts and washers, you will need
for attaching the Lathe to the bench.
Remove
the
protective
oil that
is applied
to the
bed. Usa
any
ordinary
household
type
grease
anc
spot
remover,
CAUTION:
Never use gasoline, naptha or similar
highly volatile solvents,
Apply a coat of automobile wax to the bed. Wipe all parts
thoroughly
with a clean dry cloth.
