MX-890 remote works intermittently when NOT in the cradle. I need to put it in the cradle to get it to work after removing it and placing it back into the cradle a few times. Battery has been replaced. Reads full power.
The MX-890 may work intermittently when not in the cradle due to a low battery. Ensure the remote is fully charged by placing it in the charging base until the status light turns blue. If issues persist, try resetting the remote by pressing the reset button within the battery compartment.
