Windows OS Media Delivery Method
Windows Local: Uses an external
CD/DVD drive connected to the
USB port on the server module
dongle. A USB hub may also be
used.
Windows Remote: Uses a remote
KVMS to redirect the CD drive to a
physical CD drive on the system
hosting the JavaRConsole.
Windows Image: Uses a remote
KVMS to redirect the CD drive to a
Windows media image file on the
system hosting the JavaRConsole.
* If you do not use a USB floppy drive designed for Windows, it might appear that the drivers are installed during the OS installation,
but when you reboot the system, the graphical part of the Windows setup will be unable to find the drivers again and the installation
will fail with an error message.
