Sound breaks off when the video or audio is played

Cause
The bit rate of the file is too high.

No sound comes out when a video is played

Cause
The Audio Codec of the data is not supported.

Operation problems

Cannot use the keys on the viewer

Cause
The keys are deactivated because the power
switch is set to Hold.

Cannot access the existing folders

Cause
The set language does not support the folders'
language.
What to do
Check the bit rate. For details about video files, see "Photo/Video file formats
supported by the viewer" on page 43. For details about audio files, see
"Audio file formats supported by the viewer" on page 76. You can convert
and transfer video and audio files with the Epson Link2 software.

back to the middle.
