the homeowner manually activates emergency heat. Emergency
heat ismanually activated by pressing the red HEAT button for
four seconds. Emergency heat operation isconfirmed when the
red LED a djacent tothe red HEAT button islit, p ulsing on, then o ff,
continuously every 1.25 seconds. The t ext, "EMERGENCY HEAT"
will appear below the room temperature (in place ofthe text,
'ACTUAL TEMPERATURE"). To deactivate emergency heat, press
the red HEAT orblue C OOL button.
Cooling
To select cooling, press the blue C OOL button.
Cooling isconfirmed when the blue L ED a dja-
cent tothe blue C OOL button islit.Cooling is
operating when the blue L ED i sgradually puls-
ing on and off a tarate o f2.5 c ycles per s ec-
ond. (The LEDs can beturned off. F or details,

26.) The p rogrammed cooling temperature will appear inthe lower
right screen with the text, "COOL AT"
Auto
The AUTO function allows your Infinity _ Control to
automatically switch between heating and cool-
ing operation to maintain your comfort during
transitional heating and cooling seasons.
To select AUTO operation, press the red HEAT
and blue COOL buttons simultaneously. The red
and blue LEDs will light up, and both heating
and cooling temperatures will be displayed.
