CLEANING THE BURNERS
1. EnsuretheLP gasis turnedoff attheLP cylinder.
2. Remove thecookinggrates, h eatdiffusers,andgrease tray.
3. Remove thePhillipsHeadscrews locatedatthebackendof eachburner.
4. Lift eachburnerup andout.
5. Cleantheinsideof the burner usinga stiffwire. A straightened c oathangeris onesuggested t ool. An
alternative wayto cleanthe insideof the burneris usingcompressed air. Alwaysweareyeprotectionif
usingthis method.Neverenlargethe burner ports during cleaning.
6. Brushthe outersurthce of theburner.
7. Ensure all ports(holes)are_eeof all debris
8. Inspectthe burner.Replace if anycracks or enlarged holes.
9. Reinstalltheburners makingsurethe burners seat o verthe
valvesasshownin the figureto theright.
10.Secure the backof theburners to thefireboxwith the Phillips
Headscrews.
11.Replace thegrease tray,heatdiffusers,andcookinggrates.
12.Performa LeakTestdescribed earlierin this guide.
ELECTRONIC IGNITION MAINTENANCE
Yourgrill is equipped with electronicignition. It's poweredby one"AA" sizebattery.Replace the battery
whennecessary. U nscrew the ignitertop. Placethe newbatteryinto the igniterwith thepositive(+) endof the
batteryfacingup. Screwthe ignitertop backintoplace.

of batteries
in fir!!
Batteries
may explode
or leak.

STORAGE
1.
Clean your grill before storage.
2.
Disconnect
the LP cylinder
from the regulator.
DO NOT
BRING
THE
LP CYLINDER
INDOORS
UNDER
ANY
CIRCUMSTANCES.

Cover the grill.

a Leak Test be_bre use a_er storage.

COOKING
Food cooked on the grill is either done using direct or indirect cooking.
Direct cooking is when the food is
cooked directly over the heat. Food is placed in-between
the burners for indirect cooking.
