YOUR MONOGRAM COOKTOP WARRANTY
Staple sales slip or cancelled check here. Proof of original
purchase date is needed to obtain service under warranty.
WHATIS
COVERED
FULL ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
For one year fl'oln date of original purchase,
we will provide, fl'ee of charge, parts and
service labor in your home to repair or
replace any part of the cooktop that t,fils
because of a mamffacturing detect.
LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
For five vears fl'om tile date of original
i)urchase, we will provide, fl'ee of charge,
replacement gas surface burners if thev tail
in normal household use. (Tile grille and
griddle are not included.) You pay ti)r tile
service trip to w)ur home and all se_Mce
labor charges.
This warranty is extended to tile original
purchaser and any succeeding owner tot
products purchased fin" ordinary home use
in the 48 mainland states, Hawaii and
Washington, D.C. In Alaska the warranty is
the same except that it is I,IMITED because

pay to ship

travel costs to vour home.
All warranty service will be provided by
our Factory Service Centers or by our
authorized Customer Care': servicers
during normal working hours.

WHAT IS NOT
COVERED
• Service trips to your home to teach you
how to use the product.
• Discoloration of the griddle plate.
• Chipping of porcelain enmnel grates.
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting
of circuit breakers.
• Incidental or consequential damage
caused by possible defects with this
applim_ce.
• Damage after delivery.
• Damage to the product caused by
accident, fire, floods or acts of God.
• Failure of the product if it is used for
other than its intended purpose or used
commercially.
• hnproper installation, delivery or
maintenmlce.
If you have an installation problem,
contact your dealer or installer. You are
responsible for providing adequate
electrical, gas, exhausting mid other
connecting facilities as described in the
Installation Instructions provided with
the product.
Some states do not allow tile exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so tile above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warrant)' gives you
