flames: a simmer (lower) flame and a main
(upper) flame.
Simmering: Use simmer (SIM) to melt chocolam,
hold delicate sauces or fi)r other toods requi_ing
low simmer heat.
Primary Cooking: Settings from 1,0 to X-HI
will use both the main and simmer flames. Use
I,O to HI fl_r all purpose cooking. Use HI or
X-HI (highest setting) with 10" or larger
diameter cookware.
