• You must always turn the control knob to
LOW then immediatelx back to PROOF.
• Close the ",ent.
• I,ightly oil the top of the douoho in a bowl
large enouoh_ to double the dough, size. Coxer
wifl_ a doth.
• Preheating not required fl_r proofing.
• Check the dough height in 40 minutes. Add
time as needed. The dough should remain in
the drawer until it has doubled in size and a
slight depression remains when the surtace is
touched gently with a finger.

• Preheat on LOW setting and open the xent.
• Check crispness after 45 minutes. Add time
as needed.
