Clean the rack with detergent and water. After
cleaning, rinse the rack with clean water and
dry with a clean cloth.
Stainless
steel
Do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch the

To clean the stainless steel surihce, use warm
sudsy water or a stainless steel cleaner or polish.

Control
knob
The control knob may be removed for easier
cleaning.
Beflwe removing the knob flw cleaning, please
note that it is in the PROOF position.
Wash the knob in soap and water or a vinegar

Dry and replace the knob.
