This fixture is intended for installation in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local
regulations. To assure full compliance with local codes and regulations, check with your local electrical
inspector before installation. To prevent electrical shock, turn off electricity at fuse box before proceeding.

FIXTURES FOR USE WITH LYTESPAN
TO INSTALL RING SHADE:
1. Line up shade's NECK FLANGE with corresponding
openings at inside diameter of ARM.
2. Push in and twist-lock RING SHADE by turning in clock-
wise until it is tightly held.
3. Install indicated PAR lamp into shade
(see LAMPING INFORMATION on page 2).
TO INSTALL ACCESSORIES INTO RING SHADES:
NOTE: RING SHADE plus an ACCESSORY HOLDER are required
to install ACCESSORIES into fixtures. (The ACCESSORY HOLD-
ERS are sold separately from the SHADES). For ACCESSORY
information see ACCESSORIES chart on page 2. ACCESSORY
HOLDER may be used without ACCESSORIES.
1. Before installing ACCESSORY HOLDER, assemble RING
SHADE to the Par-Tech or Metallics fixture and install
lamp (See above).
2. Place the desired ACCESSORIES inside ACCESSORY
HOLDER (A max. of two ACCESSORIES). Line up
ACCESSORY HOLDER so that the SPRINGS are facing the
inside diameter of the RING SHADE. Push ACCESSORY
HOLDER into shade until it snaps into the GROOVE
(See Fig. 3 & 4).
