AIRBAG

CAUTION
The airbag is not a substitute for
the seat belts but increases their
effectiveness.
Correct use of the seat belts in
combination with the airbag offers
maximum protection in the event of a
collision.

Airbag system components
The airbag system is composed of two
instantly inflatable cushions, one on the
driver side, in the centre of the steering
wheel A, and the other on the passenger
side, inside the dashboard B.

SAFETY
CAUTION
When the ignition key is turned to
position II (see on page 65), the
warning light C comes on, and if no
faults are detected, goes off after 4
seconds. If the warning light does not
come on, or if it stays on, or if it comes
on while driving, immediately contact
the Ferrari Service Network.
