Unit Level Troubleshooting
Unit/Part name
The seal rubber portion of the Cap has any foreign material
or any damage.
The spring under the Cap comes off.
The Pump tube comes off from the bottom of the Cap.
Cap unit
The Extension spring 0.523 (for the Slider cap) comes off.
The Extension spring 0.383 (for the Slider lock lever) comes
off.
The Slider lever is damaged.
Ink cartridge
The ink amount in I/C is end condition.
Main board
The Main board is defective.
The Printhead has any foreign material on the nozzle surface.
Printhead
The Printhead is defective.
The Head FFC is damaged.
CR motor
The accuracy of the CR motor is lowered.
The CR guide shaft has any stain or any damage.
The lubrication amount of the grease is insufficient.
CR unit
The Torsion spring for the CR guide shaft comes off.
The both I/C is not hold by the I/C cover securely.
The lubrication amount of the grease is insufficient.
Front frame
The Front frame is bent up or down.
Printhead
Each segment is printed correctly in the nozzle check pattern.
