Simultaneously with the beginn of the thread cutting procedure the
thread release slide 1 opens the upper and lower thread tension .
The thread release slide 1, in the idle position of the thread cutting
device, should lie approx. 0.5 mm in front of the tension discs.
Caution Risk of Injury !
Turn off main switch before adjusting.

Set the thread cutting device according to chapter 8.1.

Loosen screw 2.

Slide the tension bar so that there is a clearance between the
claws and the tension release of 0.5 mm.

Tighten screw 2.
