11. Selecting by category

Program Play mode

Programs can be selected by category only when 1–1b: Program Number/Program Name is
selected.
Use the radio buttons to select the searching conditions.

When A is selected, only programs belonging to the category specified in A will be selected.
When B is selected, only programs belonging to the category specified in B will be selected.
When A and B is selected, programs belonging to both of the categories specified in A and B will
be selected.
When A or B is selected, programs belonging to either of the categories specified in A or B will be
selected.
Select categories A and/or B according to the selection of step 1.

Select the desired program from the programs that match the conditions.

If you wish to finalize your selection, press the OK button. If not, press the Cancel button.

Combination Play mode

Combinations can be selected by category only when 1–1b: Combination/Combination Name is
selected. Programs for each timbre can be selected by category only when 1–1c: Bank/Program is
selected.
Use the radio buttons to select the searching conditions.

When A is selected, only combinations belonging to the category specified in A will be selected.
When B is selected, only combinations belonging to the category specified in B will be selected.
When A and B is selected, combinations belonging to both of the categories specified in A and B
will be selected.
When A or B is selected, combinations belonging to either of the categories specified in A or B will

Select categories A and/or B according to the selection of step 1.

Sequencer mode

Programs can be selected by category when the Program or Bank for each track is selected.
Use the radio buttons to select the searching conditions.

When A and B is selected, programs belonging to both of the categories specified in A and B will
be selected.
