Formatting MG Memory Stick
(quick format)
MG Memory Stick can be formatted.
Press the [CUSTOM] button for

more than one second.
The Menu Selection mode is activated.
Turn the [SELECT] (Upper/Lower)

button to select FUNC.
Press the [ENTER] button. The

function mode is activated.
Press [SELECT]

button to select MS Format.
Press the [ENTER] button for more

MG Memory Stick will be formatted.

Ejecting Memory Stick

Press the [

button for more than one second.
The front panel opens.

Eject the Memory Stick.
Lightly press the Memory Stick once.
ATTENTION
• Memory Stick will not eject by itself. Lightly
press the Memory Stick to eject.
CAUTION
• Do not drive with the front panel open.
The panel may cause unexpected
personal injury during a panic stop, or
the like.
• Do not attempt to close the front panel
by hand. Doing so may damage the
panel.
