Display of thumbnail warning information
The following warning messages appear when an incorrect operation is attempted in a thumbnail.

Description
Data cannot be accessed because it is
corrupted or for other reasons.
A thumbnail containing a grayed out text
memo that cannot be generated is not
available for editing.
Contents version mismatch prevents
deletion.
P2 card problem prevents formatting.
A clip that does not span multiple cannot be
reconnected.
Some of the selected clip could not be
repaired.
Selected content cannot be repaired.
A configuration file with the same file name
already exists on the SD memory card.
The P2 or SD memory card is full.
Entered data was invalid.
There is not enough recording capacity left
on the card.
All cards that contain the clip must be
inserted to allow attachment of shot marks.
No P2 or SD memory card is inserted.
A clip cannot be copied to the card storing
the original clip.
No data is input.
No SD memory card is inserted.
An attempt was made to delete an
unselected clip.
The selected clips contain multiple copies of
the same clip (duplicated using COPY).
Too many clips are selected.
This warning appears when data not
compatible with the unit is detected.
The meta data character code is invalid.
Characters in the clip name had to be
deleted in adding the counter value.
The P2 or SD memory card is write
protected.

Measure
Restore media and clips to normal state before access.
Edit settings or content to enable thumbnail display.
Match devices and contents version.
Check P2 card.
Check selected content.
Check selected content.

Save to a different name.
Insert media with sufficient capacity.
Enter data in a valid range.
Insert a card with sufficient recording capacity.
Insert all cards that contain the clip.
Insert compatible media.
Copy the selected clip to a card that does not contain
the original clip.

Select the clip you want to delete.
Multiple copies of the same clip (duplicated using
COPY) cannot be simultaneously copied. Deselect all
identical copies from the selected clips.
Reduce the number of selected clips.

Use UTF-8 for the meta data character code. Use the
viewer to enter correct characters.
The user clip name plus the counter value can only
contain up to 100 bytes. Characters in the clip name are
automatically deleted when the total exceeds
100 bytes.
Insert write-enabled media.
