Cause and Remedy
Cause There is a possibility that a used toner cartridge
that has reached its lifetime is installed.
Remedy Check if there is any problem with the toner
cartridge of the indicated color.
Cause The fixing unit is not installed or installed
improperly.
Remedy Install the fixing unit properly.
Cause The paper of the size specified in the application
is not loaded in the paper cassette or
multi-purpose tray, or the paper source for the
different paper size is selected.
Remedy Load the paper of the size selected in the
application (or the size specified by scaling
factors) in the selected paper cassette.
