and execute a test print

• Printer driver settings

Yes
Transfer the print data
from the host
computer to the
printer.
Is the data
printed
correctly ?
No
1. Replace the
interface cable
2. Replace the logic
board
<Symptom>
•Nothing is printed.
•An unspecified font is printed.
•An unspecified color is printed.
<Cause>
•The printer driver setting is faulty.
•The interface cable is faulty.
•The printer's logic board is faulty.
While the printer is on, double-click the RESUME button.
The nozzle check pattern is printed out.

Replace the logic board

Set again
