Replace the logic board
<Symptom>

START
With the AC adapter and logic board connected by the
DC connector cable, check and measure the output
voltage of the J4 connector pins as shown below:
No
Replace the AC adapter
The printer does not perform initializing even
when the AC plug is connected.
The AC adapter and/or control board is faulty.
