Installation
Please note the following:
– The machine should never be oper-
ated without the front panel firmly in
place.
– The electrical and water connection
points should be close to the ma-
chine and easily accessible.
– The skids provided with the machine
are intended to prevent damage to
floor coverings when manoeuvring it
into position.
– Installation under a work surface 900-
910 mm or 950/960 mm from the
floor, requires one or two spacer
kit(s) respectively, available with fit-
ting instructions from Miele dealers
and the Miele Spare Parts dept.

Adjusting the facia height

The adapter can be adjusted to match
the machine facia to the height of an
adjacent drawer by:
– altering the position of the nuts
or
– by removing one or more of the
strips.
Adapter strip adjustment range:
– max. 10 mm upwards (see arrows il-
lustrated),
– max. 25 mm downwards (this re-
quires additional adapter strip(s) and
longer screws, available from the
Miele Spare Parts dept, or your Miele
dealer).
Important
After adjustments have been made, cut
or pinch off any excess thread.
