Restricted. Under 17 requires accompanying parent or
adult guardian (age varies in some jurisdictions).
NC-17: No one 17 and under admitted.
X:
X is an older rating that is unified with NC-17 but may be
encoded in the data of older movies.

When setting an individual content-based rating

items from the currently selected age-based rating
item.

to select an individual item, and then
press ENTER to unblock it ("Block" is removed).
Repeat the same steps for the other items.
