When the print icon appears before a title on the front panel display, press the OK button to print that page.     Printer Settings Using CentreWare IS To select Intelligent Ready mode or to schedule warmup/standby settings: Launch your web browser. Enter your printer’s IP address in the browser’s Address field (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx). Click Properties. Click Warmup on the left sidebar. Click the Warmup Mode drop-down list and select Intelligent Ready, Scheduled, or Job Activated.

    Printer Settings Accessing Load Paper Timeout When the printer cannot satisfy a print job’s specification for paper tray, type, or size, the front panel prompts you to load the type and size specified in the print job. If you do not load the requested paper within the load paper timeout, the printer picks paper from the default tray.

    Supported Papers Paper Storage Guidelines Providing a good environment, and safe handling and storage conditions for your paper contributes to ultimate print quality. ■ Store paper in dark, cool, relatively dry locations. Most paper items are susceptible to damage from ultraviolet (UV) and visible light. UV radiation, which is emitted by the sun and fluorescent bulbs, is particularly damaging to paper items.
