Possible Cause & Solution
When playing a CD with this drive using CD
playback software incorporated in the computer,
it is necessary to enable digital playback function.
Check that the digital playback is enabled.
BIf not, enable digital playback referring to the
computer instruction manual.
Check whether or not the computer sound volume
is muted or too low.
BAdjust computer sound volume.
