Trouble
DVD-RAM is not

recognized.
Data cannot be read

from DVD-R or DVD-RW.
Possible Cause & Solution
Check that the disc is UDF formatted.
BUse discs formatted in UDF2.0 with a DVD video
recorder, and formatted in UDF1.5 or UDF2.0
with a DVD-RAM drive.
Check whether or not a disc in UDF2.0 format is
inserted.
BSet up the drive (Install "CB30A Driver") to install
UDF Reader.
Check whether or not the disc is dirty or scratched.
BClean the disc.
Check that the disc (media) and writing format are
correct.
BDVD-R 4.7GB (For General and Authoring),
DVD-R 3.95GB or DVD-RW 4.7GB Ver1.1 must
be used with this drive.
BFor disc (media) writing formats compatible with
this drive.
