Possible Cause & Solution
Check that the disc is inserted with the label side
facing upward.
BInsert the disc into the drive correctly.
Check that the disc and the drive lens are clean.
BClean them referring to "Maintenance" .
Check whether or not there are scratches on the
disc.
BUse another disc to check that the drive has no
failures.
Check whether or not dirt is adhered on the
turntable.
BClean the turntable referring to "Maintenance" .
Check that the compatible disc is used.
BCheck the disc is compatible with this drive.
BData on Copy Control CD (copy protected CD)
cannot be written with this drive.
